What is handled

The part a flat does not come with

An apartment is four walls. This is the list of things you would otherwise be arranging yourself, in a city you may have landed in last week.

Housekeeping: Six days a week, Monday to Saturday. Linen and towels changed weekly.
Power and water: Full generator backup on every circuit, including the lifts. Metro water plus a borewell.
Internet: 100 Mbps fibre in each apartment on its own line. Not a shared building wifi.
Kitchen: Fitted, with cookware, crockery and a fridge. Gas or induction depending on the unit.
Laundry: Washing machine in the apartment or in the block. Ironing on request.
Security: Manned gate, CCTV on every floor and a lift that needs a key card after 10pm.
Parking: One covered car space per apartment. Two-wheeler parking is free.
Bills: Electricity, water and wifi are in the rate. No meter reading at the end of a stay.

Before you book

Straight answers

Is this a hotel?: No. It is a furnished apartment with the services of a hotel around it — housekeeping, security, bills handled, someone to call. There is no restaurant and no room service, and the rate is a fraction of a hotel's for a stay of a month.
Can I see the apartment before I commit?: Yes. Message us and we will show you the actual unit that is free on your dates, not a sample. If you are not in the city we will video call you from inside it.
What if my dates change?: Tell us before the day of check-in and we move them at no charge, subject to the apartment being free. Shortening a monthly stay part way through is charged at the weekly rate for the weeks you actually used.
Do you take company bookings?: Most of what we do is company bookings. Monthly invoice with GST, one point of contact, and we can hold a unit on a standing arrangement for a team that rotates people through the city.
Is food available?: Every apartment has a working kitchen. There is a mess two minutes away that will deliver, and we will put you on to them — but nothing is bundled into the rate that you might not use.

The terms, in full

Check-in from 1pm, check-out by 11am. Late check-out is free when the apartment is not turning over the same day.
Minimum stay is three nights. Below that the housekeeping cycle does not work and we would rather say so than take the booking.
Deposit of one week's rate on stays of a month or more, refunded within seven days of check-out.
Corporate bookings are invoiced monthly with GST. Company name and GSTIN at the time of booking.
No smoking indoors. Balconies are fine.
Guests are welcome. Anyone staying overnight needs to be on the register at the gate — the building requires it, not us.
